1 General Terms

By accessing or using the boll4y platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering for the first time.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between boll4y and its users. boll4y reserves the right to modify these terms, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. 2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with boll4y, the following conditions must be met:

• A single individual may hold a maximum of One Account Only manage.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.

Providing false or fabricated information at registration will result in account closure at any time, and the balance may be forfeited. boll4y takes a strict stance against fraudulent registrations.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on boll4y are processed through a fully automated and encrypted system. Key details are outlined in the table below:

All deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Payments from third parties will not be accepted and may take additional time to be returned.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure there are no incomplete wagering requirements on any active bonus in your account. Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any winnings derived from it.

4 Bonus & Promotion Rules

Boll4y regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, detailed on the bonus page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: A minimum wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. This is typically 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited once the bonus expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are restricted to specific games or game types. Eligible games are listed in the bonus details.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly approved.
• Welcome Bonus: Available to first-time registrants only, once per account.

If boll4y determines that a user is exploiting the system or abusing bonuses, it reserves the right to cancel those bonuses and take action against the account.

5 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on boll4y are powered by certified third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is regularly audited.

• If a technical error occurs during a game, all bets for that round will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• A lost internet connection does not affect the outcome of a game. The system records and retains the result regardless.
• In Sports Betting, official scores and results are considered final.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final. Any disputes will be resolved by reviewing the game recording.
• If a player exploits a software vulnerability or bug, any winnings resulting from it will be voided.

Boll4y publishes RTP (Return to Player) information for each game in the game info section. These figures are theoretical long-term statistics and do not guarantee any specific winnings.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on boll4y and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Placing artificial bets or colluding to obtain bonuses.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Accessing another user's account or granting third-party access to your own.
• Depositing using third-party funds or withdrawing to a third-party account.
• Attempting to hack or carry out cyberattacks against the platform.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Boll4y reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to submit the required documents.
• If unusual or suspicious transaction activity is detected.
• Upon receiving a directive from a court or regulatory authority.
• The user voluntarily submits a request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any active balance (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn within 7 business days of the request. After that, the account will be permanently deactivated.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

Boll4y believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Loss Limit: An automatic account pause is in place once you reach a set loss amount.
• Session Limit: You can set your own time limits to control how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A gaming break can be requested for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: A self-exclusion option to take an extended break from the platform.

10 Legal Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between boll4y and a user will first be addressed through the support team. An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of the complaint being submitted.

• If the support team is unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to senior management within 7 business days.
• The final decision rests with boll4y's compliance department and is binding on both parties.
• Any legal proceedings will be governed by the applicable laws and jurisdiction.
